Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Vetted platform ("Platform"), operated by EnzRossi Software Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including candidates, company representatives, referral partners, and internal team members.

Vetted is a structured talent pipeline platform that connects pre-vetted candidates with companies seeking qualified professionals. The Platform provides tools for candidate evaluation, pipeline management, smart matching, and transparent hiring workflows.

Key services include:

• Candidate profile creation, behavioral assessment, and evaluation scoring
• AI-assisted CV parsing and position-specific follow-up questions (see Section 4)
• Client position management and dynamic pipeline stages
• AI-drafted candidate recommendations reviewed by our team before reaching clients
• Referral partner tracking and reward management
• Secure client portal access via unique token links
• Interview scheduling integrated with Google Calendar

Candidates must create a Vetted account to submit a profile for evaluation. Account creation is part of the application process: by completing the apply flow at /join or any position-specific apply page, you agree to have a candidate account provisioned for you. Anonymous or account-free applications are not supported.

Candidate accounts are passwordless. Authentication works via a one-time 6-digit code (OTP) and a magic link sent to the email address on your CV. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Companies access the Platform via secure portal links issued by our internal team. Company accounts are not self-service and must be provisioned by EnzRossi Software Solutions.

Referral Partners must be approved before receiving access. Partner accounts are tied to individual referral codes and are non-transferable.

Internal Users (admin and editors) are employees or contractors of EnzRossi Software Solutions with elevated access. Their use is governed by separate employment or contractor agreements.

You must not share access to your inbox-linked account, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

Submitting an application creates a candidate account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your professional background
• Promptly update your profile when information changes
• Respond honestly to assessments, behavioral questions, and AI follow-up questions about position-specific gaps (when applicable)
• Not misrepresent qualifications, work history, or skills
• Not use generative AI to fabricate answers to assessment questions or AI follow-up questions on your behalf; these are evaluated as your own responses
• Respect the confidentiality of any position details, match information, or compensation data shared through the Platform

Candidates who are rejected are subject to a 6-month reapplication cooldown. Attempting to circumvent this restriction by creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.

Companies accessing the Platform agree to:

• Use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring evaluation purposes
• Keep portal access tokens confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Not screen, discriminate, or make hiring decisions based on protected characteristics
• Notify us promptly if a portal link is compromised or exposed
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws in their jurisdiction

The referral program allows candidates and approved partners to refer new candidates to the Platform. Referral rewards, if applicable, are governed by the current settings configured by our team and are subject to change without notice.

• Rewards are only issued when the referred candidate meets the eligibility criteria defined in the Platform
• Referral codes are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or misused
• We reserve the right to void referral rewards if fraud or abuse is detected
• Reward payments are processed at our discretion and timelines communicated individually

The Platform uses AI services at specific points in the candidate journey:

• CV parsing. When you upload your CV, an AI service reads it and pre-fills your profile (skills, work history, education, seniority).
• Position gap questions.When you apply to a specific role, the AI may generate up to three short follow-up questions about gaps between your CV and the role's requirements. Your answers are stored with your application and visible to our internal review team. They are never shared with client companies unless they appear in your profile content.
• Candidate recommendations. When our team puts your profile in front of a client, the AI drafts a short recommendation that our team reviews and edits before the client sees it.

AI output is treated as input to a human decision. Approval, resubmission, and rejection are made by a person on our internal team, not by an automated system. We do not make solely automated hiring decisions about candidates.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit, including answers to AI follow-up questions. Submitting fabricated or AI-generated responses to questions intended to evaluate your own experience is a violation of these Terms.

Full details on what data is sent to AI providers and how it is retained are described in our Privacy Policy, Section 4.

All evaluation criteria, pipeline structures, scoring methodologies, AI recommendation models, and assessment frameworks are proprietary to EnzRossi Software Solutions. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of these systems.

Candidate-submitted content (CVs, answers, profile information) remains owned by the candidate but is licensed to EnzRossi Software Solutions for the purpose of operating the Platform and delivering matching services.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or security measures
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Reproduce or resell Platform features, data, or content without written permission
• Misuse candidate data for purposes beyond legitimate hiring evaluation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnzRossi Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or hiring outcomes.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, or that any position will be filled through the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Candidates may delete their account at any time from the Settings → Danger zone area. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your profile, CV, intro videos, and assessment answers are removed for good. For privacy or data requests, email privacidade@enzrossi.com. For general support, contact@enzrossi.com works.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
