What you'll do
Design and maintain user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless and integrated user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the best and most appropriate design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide development.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
Maintain and enhance style guides and component libraries.
Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex design issues.
Proactively analyze usage metrics, implement improvements, and create documentation as needed.
Help drive future design direction and tool selection across different products.
Maintain high standards for design quality, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Advocate for the most effective design solutions, supported by data analysis.
Tech stack
Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Prototyping: Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
User Research: Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Bonus points
Experience with collaboration tools like Zeplin, Abstract, or similar.
Experience in developing and working with educational solutions.
Experience conducting usability tests and heuristic evaluations.
Experience implementing and maintaining large-scale design systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
