About this role
We're looking for a mid-level Tech Recruiter to join a fast-paced startup team. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, working closely with a highly collaborative team to find and close strong candidates. This is a temporary position with urgency, so you'll need to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
What you'll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for technical positions
Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
Screen, interview, and assess technical talent for fit and skill
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress
What we're looking for
3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
Proven track record running full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
Strong ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment
Ability to work quickly and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfortable working in English
