Tech Recruiter

We're looking for a mid-level Tech Recruiter to join a fast-paced startup team. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, working closely with a highly collaborative team to find and close strong candidates. This is a temporary position with urgency, so you'll need to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for technical positions

• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels

• Screen, interview, and assess technical talent for fit and skill

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments

• Proven track record running full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles

• Strong ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment

• Ability to work quickly and adapt to shifting priorities

• Comfortable working in English
